William James Obituary

William Davis James, 66, passed away February 13, 2026 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. He was born July 21, 1959 the late William “Bill” and Patricia Hughes James. He loved fishing and spending time with his family.

Survived by his wife, Rae Bickers James of Owenton, KY; A son, Bryan Penn of Frankfort, KY., a daughter, Amanda Steward of Owenton, KY; Brother, Keith James of Danville, KY., and a sister, Pam Littrell of Paris, KY.

Along with his parents, William was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Miller and his brother in law, Rick Littrell.

Cremation was chosen and under the direction of Noon & Son Funeral Home
